Access modes

A typical access mode is via the PDB or NDB code or searching for any text string in the header of the PDB file and the Image Libary annotations. We believe, however, that additional access modes via structure compilations listed by molecule type and method of structure determination are useful. Therefore, the IMB Jena Image Library offers a variety of such compilations. They include
